All tops and bottoms are sold separately. heirloomswimwear.com offers mix-and-match sizing so you can find your perfect fit. You will need to add a top and a bottom to your cart to complete your purchase.

Yes, our bra-sized tops are designed to fit true to standard US bra sizing. For example, if you typically wear a 34C bra, we recommend ordering a 34C swim top. If you are unsure of your bra size, please consult the size chart available on each product page for detailed measurements.

Each of our collections uses distinct fabrics and dyes. While a color like ‘navy’ may appear consistent on your screen, variations in material and dye lots can cause slight differences between pieces from different collections. Therefore, items from different collections are not guaranteed to be an exact match.

Orders

Orders placed on business days are processed promptly. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. If you place your order after our daily processing cutoff, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes adding or removing items, changing sizes, or updating the shipping address.

Our customer service team is always happy to assist with orders or answer any questions you may have.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a payment problem or an item being out of stock, we will contact you via email. You can then reply to that email to discuss options, which may include adjusting or canceling your order.

Shipments

Orders are shipped from our distribution center. The day your order is placed does not count as a transit day. Business days for shipping are Monday through Friday.

If an order is placed on a Friday before the daily cutoff, it will ship the same day. The package will then be in transit over the weekend and typically arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday will likely ship on the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

Weekends are not counted as shipping days. We currently do not offer specific weekend delivery options.

All orders are shipped from our location. As long as the order is placed by the daily cutoff time on a business day, it will be dispatched the same day.

Returns/Exchanges

You can start a return or exchange easily through our online returns portal. You can find the link to this portal at the bottom of any page on our website. To begin, you will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. From there, you can select the items you wish to return. Note: If your order had multiple items, you may need to scroll to see them all.

For added peace of mind, we offer an optional premium service at checkout. This service provides worry-free returns, exchanges, and shipping protection on your order.

When making a return, you have the option to use our prepaid return label or ship the item(s) back using any carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your protection.
